Definitions

"Supplier" shall mean KDP Software Limited trading as www.digital-music-download

"Customer" shall mean the person or entity who purchases or agrees to purchase goods or services from KDP Software trading as www.digital-music-download.co.uk.

"Goods" shall mean any Sonos, Netgear or other product or service listed on www.digital-music-download.co.uk

"Payment in Full" shall mean cleared funds.

General

A contract between the supplier and the customer for the sale of any goods or services shall not exist until the supplier accepts the Customers order and the Customer has paid the supplier in full(Payment in Full) for the goods and services.

Supplier reserves the right to change these terms at any time in the future.

Ordering

It is the Customers responsibilty to ensure that what is ordered are the correct items - if you are unsure what you need we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

If you prefer to call and order over the telephone please feel free to call us.

Cancellation

Supplier reserves the right to decline an order for any reason, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations the Customer has a period of seven(7) working days to cancel the contract and return the goods to the supplier. The customer must also notify the supplier in writing within 7 working days of their intention to cancel the order. The cost of returning purchased goods will be paid by the Customer. Once the goods are returned and are in acceptable condition as stated below, the supplier will refund the purchase price to the Customer.

Delivery

On receipt of an Order and payment in full, goods will be immediately dispatched using a three day service - if the goods are not in stock we will notify you.

If we are un-able to deliver your goods we will immediately refund your credit card or other payment method.

Our three day service normally delivers within the next working day, however the maximum should be three working days.

Warranty

All Sonos products carry a twelve month warranty.

All Netgear products carry a minimum of one year warranty - some are lifetime others are 2-3 years, contact us for further information.

Faulty Products

If any product develops a fault during the warranty period, Customer will in the first instance call the Supplier for assistance in determining the fault.

If the fault cannot be determined remotely the item may be returned to the supplier for further testing.

If the goods are found to be faulty the Supplier will send a replacement unit or offer a refund.

If the goods are found to be not faulty the Supplier will explain in writing the details. The Customer will then be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Any defective products should be returned to us for replacement/repair in their original packaging with all associated contents.

Any product returned under warranty must be returned before the warranty expiry date.

Supplier will only accept warranty returns for goods purchased from the Supplier.

If an order is being cancelled the goods must be returned in their original condition. All seals and packaging must be intact and all contents complete.

Any goods returned not in this condition will not be accepted and returned to the Customer at their expense.

The cost of any return shipping to Supplier will be the Customers responsibility.

Shipping will be refunded up to a maximum of £16.99 for faulty goods.

All goods remain the responsibility of the Customer until signed for by the supplier.

Customers returning goods must call/email Supplier for an RMA(Returns Merchandise Authorisation) form.

All returns must be authorised and returned immediately with an RMA form - Goods not returned within 10 working days of the RMA date will be refused.

Refunds

Any goods returned for refund must meet the above conditions.

Refunds will be to original payment method and will be for the Purchase price of the goods only, no shipping costs will be included.

Please allow up to 20 days for refunds to be completed, we will use our best endeavours to refund returns as quickly as possible.
